The Ride House is an upscale, low attitude boutique indoor cycling & fitness studio.
Clear your mind and let your body move to the beat of exhilarating music, state-of-the-art sound, stadium-style layout, ambient and LED lighting, and energetic and professional instructors under one luxurious roof. Each ride combines a warm-up, core workout, and cool-down with stretch. Featuring over 3,000 square feet, we offer changing rooms, showers, and spa quality amenities, and we are Dallas’ only indoor cycling boutique to offer a a full stretching studio apart from our state of the art cycling room. Rejuvenate yourself with TRH individualized stretching and bodywork programs to balance your body and compliment your training.

Take responsibility for the bike you book. Our classes are carefully choreographed, if you want to do your own thing we ask that you sit in the back of the studio as not to distract other riders. Be mindful of others. Treat people as you would like to be treated.
No Cell Phones in the Studio – Please respect other tribe members rides. If you are expecting a call, you can leave your phone with the front desk and they can get you if needed.
No talking during class – respect your neighbors ride.
Be on time
Your reservation will be released 3 minutes before class and no one will be allowed to enter the studio after the first 10 minutes.
If you must leave class early, let the instructor know so they know that nothing is wrong. Classes end with a stretch designed to speed your recovery. It is an integral part of the class.
Wear -Comfortable workout clothing. T-shirts, tank tops with cycling shorts, form-fitting pants or shorts are recommended.
Nourish – The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. Drink water before, during, and after your ride. We recommend eating a light snack 30 minutes before you ride. We offer large waters for sale for $3 or you can bring your own.
Avoid a last minute set-up! Come to the studio at least 15 minutes before class begins. Let the front desk know you’re new and we’ll get you outfitted with cycling shoes and set up on the bike.
Waiver and release – New to TRH? We need your info. Fill out a new rider waiver when you arrive or download here and bring it with you. *please note, riders under 18 must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver in person!
Shoes – TRH requires clipping into the bike pedals. Don’t stress! Using clips provides a more stable, effective, safe ride and allows you to work the correct muscle groups. Shoes are on us during your first class; future rentals are $3. If you already have your own cycling shoes, our pedals are LOOK and SPD compatible. We have cycling shoes available for purchase if you would like your own.
Lockers – No need to bring locks. Our lockers have coded keypads but are only available for use during your class. They are easy to use! We are happy to show you and the directions are inside the locker.
Safety and comfort are a priority! Our bikes are simple to set up! There are just 3 easy adjustments on your bike:
1) Seat height
2) Fore/aft seat position
3) Handlebar Height
If you’re new to TRH, arrive early and ask the front desk for assistance. WE are happy to record your settings and add them to your rider profile so you have them for future visits.
The Ride House offers cardio training and full-body workouts. Like any new fitness routine, you may want to consult your doctor before starting a new fitness regime. We are happy to answer any questions. We were all new riders at one time! Before class, make sure to check that all adjustments are tight, your cycling shoes are secure in the pedals, and that you test the brake.
Our instructors are will inspire you to push yourself, but please listen to your body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. Stay hydrated, before, during and after your workout! If you feel any unusual or persistent symptoms, please don’t hesitate to seek medical attention.
Terms & Conditions
Waitlist – Waitlist cuts off 12 hours before the class to give you advance notice. After that point, you will not be automatically added to the class with last minute notice. Confirmations after that point will be in-studio just prior to class. You can also call before class to check your status. If you are on the waitlist and make other plans and do not plan to attend class, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid penalty.
Cancellations – You must cancel a class at least 12 hours the evening before the scheduled class start time in order to avoid penalty. Late cancels will forfeit one credit or, if you hold a monthly membership, you will be charged $20. You can also call our studio at 214-506-6002 and we will assist you.
