TRX HYBRID RIDE
Experience an un-intimidating and fun way to RIDE, PUSH, PULL & PLANK with our exclusive TRX® Hybrid Total Body class. A perfect way for all fitness levels to incorporate functional strength training following an exhilarating 25 minute RIDE!

TRX Total Body
Come experience an un-intimidating and fun way to PUSH, PULL and PLANK with our 40 Minute TRX® Total Body functional strength training class! A friendly, hands-on and fun way to incorporate functional strength training in to your fitness regimen! Perfect for all fitness levels.
Rarely do we provide the respite our body needs to rejuvenate and renew. Working through a series of stretches that focus on tight shoulders, hips and neck, to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. The Ride House Deep Stretch is your new Happy Hour!
Do you have locker rooms?
TRH features beautiful lockers outfitted with digital locks in addition to separate changing rooms and showers.
Do you have water and towels or should I bring my own?
We sell large waters for $3 and have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up. Towels are provided.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes.. You can create an account here.
Do I need to own cycling shoes?
No. We offer shoe rentals for $3. You are of course welcome to bring your own or purchase at the studio. Our pedals are Look Delta and SPD compatible.
How early should I arrive?
If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if you have not signed in 4 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 10 minutes after class starts.
What happens when I get there?
When you arrive at the studio, check in with the front desk. The staff will help you sign-in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio, and set up your bike with you.
When can I sign up for classes?
Classes can be booked two weeks in advance.
Do you have age restrictions?
Riders must be at least 14 years old and 5′ tall. Riders under 18 are required to have a parental waiver signed before their first ride.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancel a class before 12 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid a penalty. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will lose that class credit or, if you have a monthly unlimited membership, you will be charged $20.
