This signature ride is a fun, high-intensity and low-impact cardio party!

Our expert nationally certified coaches create challenging, exhilarating rides featuring indoor cycling techniques combined with upper body hand weights. Choreographed to the rhythmic beats of energetic, uplifting music, you’ll stay motivated to reach your fitness goals.  BEWARE. . .this 45-minute class may change your body and your life.

PERFORMANCE Ride

Featuring traditional indoor cycling techniques.

This class will challenge you with “real to the road” coaching. From Race Day to Interval Training, this class will provide the cross-training you need to rev up your fitness.

Whether you’re new to fitness or simply want to polish your skills

This two-class series offers unparalleled instruction. Learn the basic techniques of indoor cycling along with UGI, Cross Core and Stretching.

EXPRESS Ride

Short on time?

This 30-minute cardio blast will rev up your metabolism and is perfect for busy people on the go.

Strength and mind/body connection

This 50 minute class will chisel your abs, increase your core strength, agility and performance by including rotational movement to bodyweight exercises.  Empowering music and certified instructors lead you through this group class to improve balance, strength and mind/body connection.

Cycle Core

This class is perfect for busy people on-the-go.

This combo class offers 25 minutes of cycling to accelerate your cardiovascular system and 25 minutes of Cross Core to target your abdominals.  Short on time?  This class is perfect for busy people on-the-go.

UGI

U Got It – Show it off!

UGI is the newest 30-minute workout that combines strength, cardio and core training into the most fun, challenging, stylish way of becoming functionally fit. UGI makes people feel good about their bodies, energy and health.

Deep Stretch

Rejuvenate + Renew

Rarely do we provide the respite our body needs to rejuvenate and renew. Working through a series of stretches that focus on tight shoulders, hips and neck, to lengthen and strengthen your entire body.  The Ride House Deep Stretch is your new Happy Hour!

The Facts

Do you have locker rooms?
TRH features beautiful lockers outfitted with digital locks in addition to separate changing rooms and showers.

Do you have water and towels or should I bring my own?
We sell large waters for $3 and have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up. Towels are provided.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes.. You can create an account here.

Do I need to own cycling shoes?
No. We offer shoe rentals for $3. You are of course welcome to bring your own or purchase at the studio. Our pedals are Look Delta and SPD compatible.

How early should I arrive?
If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if you have not signed in 4 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 10 minutes after class starts.

What happens when I get there?
When you arrive at the studio, check in with the front desk. The staff will help you sign-in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio, and set up your bike with you.

When can I sign up for classes?
Classes can be booked two weeks in advance.

How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancel a class before 12 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid a penalty. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will lose that class credit or, if you have a monthly unlimited membership, you will be charged $20.

Especially enjoy popularity American hospitals because those wolves who went together with a cat on a visit haven’t understood in what there can be a reason of problems. You can not be surprised but they can quite appear.
